6Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

7Digital Product Policy

8Webinar Policy

For live webinars:

• Access details will be shared via email
• We are not responsible for internet issues on the user’s side
• Missing a live webinar does not entitle you to a refund

9Payment & Chargeback Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree:

• Not to initiate false chargebacks
• Not to claim services as “unauthorized” after use

If a fraudulent chargeback is initiated after accessing content, we reserve the right to take legal action and recover associated fees.

10Limitation of Liability

Prateek Academy shall not be liable for:
